Small holiday residence with only 10 apartments situated on a hillside only 3 km from the medieval town of Certaldo (all kinds of shops) and from the small town of Marcialla. Beautiful broad view of the valley and its hills rich in vineyards. Peaceful position even if one side of the property is bordered by a secondary road (the Arabella 1 and 2 apartments have their entrance and outdoor areas on the side opposite the street). Shared with the guests of the property: large equipped grassy area with floodlit swimming pool (14x7), suntrap terrace, lawn with children's games and barbecue area. 500 m horse riding and a small lake for sport fishing. The property is characterised by the kind assistance offered to guests by the person in charge of the complex and the good taste of the furnishings. Parking inside the property. It is possible to go for walks. Baby-bed available (30 Euro/week), highchair, laundry room (external) with washing machine (5 Euro/load), shared room with fireplace and adjoining terrace. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: 40 km from Florence and Siena, 18 km San Gimignano whose towers can be seen in the distance from the residence.
ACCOMMODATION: (50 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner and double divan bed (beautiful view of the hills), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. On the ground floor is a reserved grassy area with its own table and chairs as well as the shared equipped lawn near the swimming pool.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
