• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Local shops and restaurants in Amelie les Bains, 3km, with a local market on Thursday mornings. Amelie is a beautiful Roman spa town nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees. There are more shops and restaurants in the small medieval market town of Ceret, 4km, with a traditional french market on Saturday mornings.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Access and view of the river from property. Argeles Beach 30 minute drive. Fishing and pleasure lakes 15 minute drive.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 35 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
