Thanks to the restoration of this lovely antique house in the countryside, it is the perfect residence for holidays. The structure is approx. 250 m2 and develops on two levels, as it was thought to become two apartments, in fact there are two living rooms and two kitchens. Very beautiful views rich in vineyards, olive groves and cypress trees. A secondary road passes by a corner of the garden. Beautiful swimming pool (irregular-shaped, approx. 6x13) for the exclusive use of guests, sunny patios, one of which is covered, equipped for sunbathing or outdoor dining. Only 3 km from Montespertoli, a centre renowned for its wine fair where every year the best Chianti wine producers compare their products. One of these producers is the owner of the villa who lives in an ancient country house situated approx. 150m from your accommodation. On the basement levels you will find antique cellars where it is possible to taste and buy excellent wines. Private access and a reserved parking space inside the property. It is possible to rent the property as two separate units with the names CASAMONTE 1 and CASAMONTE 2. DISTANCES: The geographical position is ideal as there are many interesting places to visit nearby. 10 km Certaldo, 25 km San Gimignano, 30 km Florence. All the roads leading to these places are pleasant and very panoramic. Still using alternative country roads, you can reach in less than an hour, the famous areas of Chianti Classico, such as Greve, Panzano, Radda, etc..

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
