Beautiful farmhouse (approx. 250 m2) that has been divided into two holiday apartments and has been tastefully restored in accordance with the architecture of typical Tuscan houses. From the garden and most of the windows there are wonderful views of the countryside with vineyards, olive groves and cypresses. A secondary road runs next to one corner of the garden (next to the fence). Shared facilities: lovely garden with irregular shaped swimming pool (6x13). Each apartment has it's own reserved outdoor area. Outdoor room with shared washing machine to be paid for on the spot. We are situated amid the wonderful, typically Tuscan countryside, only 3 km from Montespertoli, the place renowned for its wine exhibitions, where the best producers of Chianti wine meet every year with their best wines. One of these producers is the owner of the aparments and lives in an ancient manor house in front of the farmhouse, about 150 m away, where on the basement levels you will find the antique cellars where it is also possible to taste and purchase excellent wines. The owners would be pleased to accompany the guests to visit the cellars and taste their wines (they sell Chianti and extra virgin olive oil). The house has a private access and reserved parking inside the property. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. DISTANCES: The geographical position is ideal as there are many interesting places to visit nearby. 10 km Certaldo, 25 km San Gimignano, 30 km Florence. All the roads leading to these places are pleasant and very panoramic. Still using alternative country roads, you can reach in less than an hour, the famous areas of Chianti Classico, such as Greve, Panzano, Radda, etc..
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access onto a lovely covered patio, kitchen (oven), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin room with adjoining room/studio, I single bedroom with access to the outside , 2 bathrooms with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
