Very beautiful and independent farmhouse situated in a peaceful and very panoramic position with pretty view of the surrounding countryside, vineyards and olive tree groves. The structure is very tastefully and comfortably furnished in accordance with typical Tuscan architectural standards. Private garden equipped with table and chairs (1,000 m2), private barbecue and a swimming pool (4x8).
ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2) Gr. fl.: entrance, living room (satellite TV and CD player) with fireplace and direct access to an equipped loggia, kitchen (oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher) with dining room area, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: storage room (washing machine, dryer), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. Safe. Internet connection in all of the rooms. Baby-bed and high chair available free of charge. Domestic help and cook available on request (15 Euros/hour to be paid directly on site).
LOCATION: 4 km Certaldo (all kinds of shops), 40 km Florence and Pisa, 45 km Siena. The beaches of Cecina are approx. 60 km away. Horse riding 7 km.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
