This delightful property stands in a quiet village in the famous Chablis vineyards area. It offers a comfortable and prettily decorated interior with stone-built walls and a fireplace ideal for low seasons. The living room has French windows leading to a sunny terrace and private lawned garden. The centre of the village is within walking distance, ideal for basic shopping. Also close by is the famous town of Chablis, offering a good choice of restaurants and wine producers. The typical town of Auxerre with cobbled streets and timbered houses as well as the pretty village of Vézelay and its abbey are within easy reach. The medieval town of Noyers and the castle of Ancy-le-Franc are also well worth a visit.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
