25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
