Wonderful Villa with Swimming Pool for 8 Persons in Crete

The villa is 300 meters to the nearest beach and less than 2km from the small tourist village of Gerani, in which you can find shops, restaurants, bars and cafeterias. Platanias is a busy resort 3 kilometres away with an extensive variety of bars, tavernas and shops. However, the main town of Chania is easily accessed as it is only 15 kilometres away and charms visitors with its rambling alleys in the old town.The villa is a great choice for those who want peace and quiet. The gardens are lush and green and canes growing on the perimeter provide a natural divide from the surrounding olive groves. A magnificent view is enjoyed of the private pool and the sea a short distance away.

The villa is modern in style with beautiful spacious rooms. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining-room with fire place, comfortable sofas and the fully equipped kitchen. Balcony doors take you to the spacious veranda from where the views can be enjoyed. The shaded veranda features a wooden table which can seat 8 persons.

There are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom on the ground floor. The double had en suite facilities and the twin sleeping area on the upper floor also has en suite facilities. The upstairs sleeping area is an open space which is reached by a wooden staircase from the living area.
