1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Air conditioned master bedroom with four-posted bed, comfortable armchairs in front of the fireplace, TV, mini-bar, private veranda with view to the garden and pool and spacious storage space.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Air conditioned in the attic with wooden floors and three windows overlooking the magnificent oceanview.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The villa is located on the highest point of a hill, just 500 meters further south of the small traditional village of Xamoudochori. The villa is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, creating thus a unique natural environment ideal for a peaceful vacation.
The view from the villa's veranda and pool is extraordinary as you feel as though you are the only person on earth. While in the villa one can do some bird-watching in the natural scenery. The ocean lies just 3km further to the north, giving you the opportunity to admire the view all through the day.
The villa has its own pool surrounded by an immaculate lawn and a beautiful garden of about 4.000 sq. meters, full of beautiful flowers and herbs. It also features comfortable garden furniture, sunbeds, and an external shower.
In the gardens there is also a playground, benches under the trees, and a beautiful wooden gazebo with fluffy cushions for guests to sit and enjoy the view while having lunch or dinner. The stone barbecue, next to the small herbs garden, will be your favorite place for lunch. The gardens are quite impressive as they are taken care on a daily basis by our experienced staff who take great care not to interfere with the privacy of our guests.
• The airport of Chania (CHQ) is located 32 km east of the villa while the airport of Heraklio (HER) is located 160 km east of the villa (2 hour 30 minute drive).
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). The nearest golf course is in Elounda, that is almost 180 km to the east, towards Heraklio.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). The seaside village of Maleme, with its many restaurants and convenience stores, is located 3 km north of the villa while Platanias, the famous tourist resort, is located 7 km east of the villa. The city of Chania, which is the capital city of the prefecture and one of the most beautiful cities in Greece, is just 19 km to the east.
• The villa has a view to the ocean which is quite impressive when the sun goes down. There are many water sports available. Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its beach bars and intense night life, is just another 4 km further to the east. The villa is located just 3 km south of the sandy beach of Maleme with its many restaurants and cafes.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
