Beautiful traditional house built in the the first decade of the last century, found at the ancient city of Aptera near to Kalives and 17 km to Chania. Fully equipped house (telephone, T.V, air condition, bathrooms, heating, refrigerator, coffee machine, juice machine cooker) with three comfortable double rooms and a spacious seating room, with carved wooden ceiling, stone made walls, arches, and a traditional stone oven. All the above combined with a fantastic garden.

    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
