Carolina Waterfront Rental The townhouse is bright and airy from the wonderful breeze which travels across the lake. A deck and a balcony extend over a man-made lake, which is loaded with fish. Yes, you can fish from the deck or launch your canoe or kayak into the water from the private dock for a more serene experience.There are three floors, 3 bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds. The third bedroom has a bunked bed with a full at the bottom and a twin at the top. There is one futon in the living room which converts to a full sized bed. |

The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments are refunded.

• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
