• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). This cottage is only 25 to 30 minutes to Burlington, Shelburne, Middlebury, first class restaurants and shops.
• Lake is just outside the front door.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund unless re-rented.
