The kitchen is equipped with all, just like at home. coffee machine, water-stoves, gas-stove with oven as well as all imaginable dishes and equipment. It will hardly remain wishes openly.

With French double bed, wardrobe, dresser, everything out of rattan. Side table of game-wood, floor of teak parquet. Equipped with Asian-style accessoires, refrigerator, air-conditioning, fan, music-installation as well as Sat.TV. What do you want more?

Our Townhouse lies about 100m from the Samui-Lake(rightside look)and approximately 1000m from the Chaweng-Beach away, it lain. The rowhouse-settlement lies in a quiet area. Live in by about 50% Thai-people and 50% by European businessmen to the other. This is an appealing mix. Every few hours, it will offer a great meal, a snack or a refreshment to you before the "front door." ----Services without end----

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size. A fee of 20 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 Euro/day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
