Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • No housekeeping is provided during a stay. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
