Fascinating stone-built farmhouse that has been renovated with great care and is situated in a very pleasant and relaxing setting. The house's interiors and the architectural details that have been left intact create that typical atmosphere for an extraordinary holiday in the countryside.
DISTANCES: 2.8 km grocery shops, 5 km Chianni (all kinds of shops), 10 km le Terme di Casciana (spas), 27 km Volterra, ca. 35 km Castiglioncello (equipped beaches and rocky shoreline), 40 km San Gimignano. About an hour and a half by car from Florence and Siena. Pisa airport 45 km.
ACCOMMODATION: Manor apartment:
Gr. fl.: large lounge with dining area, 2 fireplaces and access to the garden and the sunny veranda with windows and dining table, small living room with fireplace, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath. Attic (accessed by a steep, narrow stairway) with two single beds.
Small apartment (with access from an external staircase and does not communicate interiorly with the manor apartment):
1st fl.: living room with fireplace and small kitchen corner (suitable for preparing breakfast), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 pretty panoramic terraces.
EQUIPMENT: 3 TVs (2 of which are satellite), wood burning oven, microwave, dishwasher, Hi-fi, DVD player, air conditioning in the 4 double bedrooms on the 1st fl.. OUTDOORS: Garden (5,000 m2) with two vehicle entrances, swimming pool (6x12) hut with outdoor kitchen and country table, barbecue, wood-burning pizza oven and freezer, car park. SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: Every Wednesday the owner offers a snack/dinner with cold meats, cheeses, bruschetta (toasted bread with toppings) and pizza.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
