Cosy apartment (80 m2) in a beautiful farmhouse that has been tastefully restored and is set in one of the most characteristical parts of the Chianti region.Beautiful views from the terrace and from the garden. Perfect peace and quiet. Well tended and equipped lawn (100 m2) with swimming pool (10x5) which cannot be used on Sundays. The owners live on the upper floor and have their own separate entrance. It is possible on request to hire towels for the swimming pool. You can book the same accomodation for just 4 people under the name FIORELLO 4: in this case a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the store-room with access from the outside will be closed off. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, a convenient built-in kitchen worktop area (dishwasher) and access to the outside and to a covered and equipped terrace (25 m2), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with access to the outside, 1 bathroom with shower. Access from the outside only: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, store-room.
LOCATION: 1.4 km Montefioralle (food shop), 2.8 km Greve (all kinds of shops), 18 km the Ugolino golf course, 26 km Florence, which you can reach by a drive along the Via Chiantigiana which is famous for its typically Tuscan scenery.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
