Spacious, Farmhouse Apartment with Beautiful View Beautiful apartment in a XVII century estate.Wonderful disengaged view onto the surrounding landscape. First floor apartment,with access from outside stairs and small loggia shared with another unit. Sitting/dining room with fitted kitchen, nice comfortable leather sofa, and reading lamp. On the left of the entrance, a small passage leads to a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase, takes to a very spacious family room with three single beds, where it is possible to add one/two cots, and still have space to move around. |

Special Conditions
Heating(only when needed, and allowed:October - March - ) is forfeited at € 8.00 per day. Final cleaning fees are € 16.00 per person, payable to owner. (Children up to three years do not pay them) On high season (July and August) the arrival day is on Saturday, on other periods we are more flexible. If you have special request, please ask in advance, we will do our best to please you.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit Should the client, for whatever reason, cancel a lease he will have the right to repayment of all money paid minus the following cancellation charges : cancellation prior to 60 days before the lease is due to start - Cancellation prior 60 days 10% of the rental price cancellation between the 59th and 30th days before the start - 75% of the rental price cancellation between the 29th and the day 15th before the start - 90% of the rental price Cancellation between the 14th day and 1 day before the start -100% of the rental price no show - 100% of the rental price *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15.00/pet will apply. • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours. • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €10,00/hr. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
