Payments and Policies

Payment Details

10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 13.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 3:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
