The condominium is very spacious throughout- featuring deluxe fixtures, air conditioned bedrooms, living and dining room, and delighted decoration. Big sliding door to the back terrace, the front has another terrace that is enormously large. Rest assured you will have enough tanning area, and enjoy looking at the amazing view of sunrise and sunset.

    The area is safe and friendly. The beach is sandy and great for walking and the ocean is warm and safe to swim. The mini component stereo provides a comfortable atmosphere to the living and dining rooms. This fully furnished apartment includes a laundry area, roofed terrace on the front, and fully equipped kitchen. At Chicxulub or Progreso you can find a church, post office, banks with ATM`s, hospital, drugstore, a Mercado (old-fashioned market), an American style supermarket, cybercafe, and Seven-Eleven. Public international phone in front of the condominium.

    • One hour drive time to the Merida´s Airport.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Approximately 30 minutes drive to the nearest Golf Course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Progreso, 20 minute walk away, has fine and fancy restaurants. This unit is 5 minutes easy driving to Chicxulub`s downtown, 10 minutes to Progreso and 35 minutes from Merida.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. 3 minute walk.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
    - Western Union. Mexican Bank Fees on Wire Transfer $30.00

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
