Guest House in scenic Chilliwack River Valley that can accommodate groups of 6. Less than a 5 minute walk takes you to the beautiful Chilliwack River (also know as the Vedder River). We are located only 10 minutes from town, in the country yet not far from the amenities of town. The area boasts numerous outdoor activities for guests to enjoy, including fishing, hiking, white-water river rafting and kayaking, sight-seeing, and golfing. Chilliwack River rafting facilities are 2 km away. The guest house has a covered deck with a barbeque and large dining table, hammock in the front yard, and firepit with mountain views for guests to enjoy. If you love the outdoors, you will love it here! Listen to the river from our property and enjoy the bright country stars while around the firepit. If you want to be close to nature, this is the place to stay in the Fraser Valley of BC Canada. The guest house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a guest lounge area with a wood-burning stove, table - chairs, couches, kitchenette, games, computer, and tv - dvd. The property has Wi-Fi. Ask the friendly hosts for details on things to do in the area. Cultus Lake, Chilliwack Lake, Chilliwack River fishing, hiking trails, golfing, are all nearby. Day trips can include Harrison Hot Springs, Hell's Gate Airtram, Vancouver, and more! Only 1.5 hours from Vancouver City. Ask the hosts about guided sturgeon or salmon fishing trips on the Fraser River. Or just enjoy a relaxing time lounging with friends.

Balance of payment is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Fee of 10.00 CAD is charged for every 1 day(s).(based on a minimum of 2 days)(Charged Per pet.) Pets allowed:Dog A guest must request this optional service. One well behaved pet is sometimes allowed. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours. Guests are asked to respect the neighbours. Property is not suitable for party groups. The local noise bylaws must be adhered to or risk a fine and/or eviction.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 9 pm. Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
