We are on a lagoon that is 400 feet from Oyster Bay which takes you to the Assateague Channel which leads to the Ocean. Chincoteague is an Island and 100% bay front -- none of the Waterfront Properties on Chincoteague Island are Oceanfront. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
