Country house (110 m2) that has been recently built in the typical style of the area and is immersed in the green countryside of Chioggia (5 km), known as the small Venice. Views of the farmed fields that surround the house and are part of the commercial farm of the CA' DELLE ROSE accommodation. Nice peace and quiet. Equipped natural outdoor area with gazebo. Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km food shop and the bus stop for Chioggia where you can catch water-buses for the Venetian lagoon and Venice, 2 km from the beaches of Isola Verde (swimming pool, tennis, horse riding), 25 km the Po' River Delta (interesting for nature excursions) and the Pomposa Abbey, 45 km Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV) with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedded rooms each with bathroom with shower, portico (washing machine). Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
