Original apartment (100 m2) in a restored farmhouse, on a farm in the countryside of Chioggia, known as little Venice. Surrounded by vineyards and cultivated fields. Reserved and equipped garden area. Perfect peace and quiet. Pergola for outdoor dining. DISTANCES: 1 km away food shops and the bus for Chioggia where water-boats leave for the lagoons and Venice, 2 km the beach at Isola Verde (literally the green island) with tourist centre (swimming pool, tennis, horse riding school), 25 km the Po Delta, a very important location for nature lovers and the Pomposa Abbey.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with two single divan beds, kitchen/dining room (oven) with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). 1st fl.:1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Telephone for incoming calls in the owner's apartment where he occasionally lives. 4 bicyles available for hire. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
