The valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty where birds of prey can frequently be seen soaring above precipitous cliffs and deep ravines. The seasons are clearly defined here: In January, the first wispy clouds of pink and white almond blossom appear and in early Spring the air is heavy with the scent of oranges and lemons. Hillsides soon become a rich tapestry of poppy red set against lush green, and wild flowers dominate the pastures. All this painted on the backdrop provided by the Sierra Nevada.
Ideal base for enjoying the walks of the Alpujarras or the ski terrain of the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also plenty of shorter local walks for the whole family to enjoy. Peaceful and virtually unspoiled, yet, the Costa Tropical, only 30 minutes drive away, gives access to an array of beautiful beachfronts such as Salobrena, La Herradura, Nerja. The valley is an area of outstanding natural beauty where birds of prey can frequently be seen soaring above precipitous cliffs and deep ravines. Granada with its famous Alhambra Palace is only a 20 minute drive north and the coast is a 30 minute drive south, with excellent bathing from May to October. The area also attracts skiers to the local resort of Sierra Nevada only 40 minutes away.Great for family walks amongst the orange groves. 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of £100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
