ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace and kitchen corner (oven), going up 3 steps you enter 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Terrace (20 m2) that is tiled and equipped. Very comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 500 m food shops, 9 km Chiusdino (all kinds of shops), 35 km Siena, 40 km Massa Marittima, 60 km Follonica (beaches).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
