Apartment and a small outbuilding that have been recently restored in a farmhouse complex in the green hills of the Sienese countryside. Peaceful position inside a small commercial farm. Beautiful and broad views of the countryside.Spacious outdoors areas surround the property. Each apartment has its own exclusive equipped area. Shared between the two accommodations: swimming pool (6x12), which the owner reserves the right to occasionally use. In the structure, in the back, is another apartment which is occasionally inhabited. Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: (120 m2)1st fl.: living room (satellite TV), kitchen/dining room (oven) with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. Simple furniture.
LOCATION: 2 km food shops, 11 km Chiusdino (all kinds of shops), 36 km Siena, 42 km Massa Marittima, 61 km Follonica (beaches).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
