Ancient characteristic hayloft (200 m2) in a green valley in the Tuscan countryside. Still today the hayloft maintains its original aspect even though it has been transformed into a county house. Beautiful view of the countryside. The house is situated along a small stream of water and 200 m from the road, and is surrounded by a natural fenced-in lawn (approx. 10,000 m2). Parking.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room with fireplace (TV), spacious kitchen/dining room with access to the loggia, W.C. (washing machine), some locked rooms. 1st fl.: study open to the living room, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 living room that is a passageway, 1 double bedroom that is a passageway with an additional 3rd bed, 1 double bedroom under the eaves (2.20 m high). Simple style furniture but nicely toned in with the structure. One pet only is allowed. Central heating.
LOCATION: 6 km from the San Galgano abbey, 8 km from Monticiano (all kinds of shops), 27 km Siena, 35 km San Gimignano, 50 km Volterra, 58 km the beaches along the coast, 72 km Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
