This spacious apartment is located on the first floor; it's made up of two double bedrooms (one with kingsize bed and the other one with twin beds), one bathroom, a large living room with kitchenette and has its own porch where it's possible to admire the breathtaking sunsets on the lake of Chiusi. Additional bed on request. Apt 3 Acc.: 2 + 1 pax. Layout: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 additional bed on request. This apt is located on the ground floor. It has a living room with kichenette and a large double bedroom and a bathroom . Additional bed on request.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
