The house is encircled by a garden with private swimming pool - stands independent on the top of a hill. Tuscany hills surround the house with views onto the valleys below, mountain tops such as Monte Cetona and small towns of the surrounding area, such as Citta' della Pieve, Chianciano, Cetona and Sarteano.
The house is situated within a biological farm with eight hectares (20 acres). Includes a vineyard, producing a very good quality of red Chianti, 500 olive trees -taste the house olive oil - and various other fruit plants and two hectars of woods for walking. A large patio attached to unit is covered by wisteria. In the patio are two doors: to the kitchen and to the lounge - living room. In the garden is a large wood oven to cook pizza, bread and other. Wood is available for free. Complimentary welcome basket on arrival. Car for hire.
• Rome airport and Rome Florence are both 1 1/2 hours away.
Train station is 5 minutes drive away.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Beautiful and well equipped golf course 15 minutes driving from the property.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle to access the variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes drive. Chiusi is in a very convenient part of South Tuscany, where you can easily reach many small towns in Tuscany, Lazio and Umbria -the border between Tuscany and Umbria is 4 Km.
Chuisi is halfway between Rome and Florence, both of which can be reached by car and train in about one hour. Other locations near Chiusi include : Chianciano Terme, famous for its baths, the Etruscan Museum and a programme of Summer shows, events and plays; Montepulciano, Medieval and Renaissance village where the renowned wine "Nobile di Montepulciano" is produced: visit many open wine caves offering free tastes of wine.
• Trasimeno Lake, with its islands, is reachable by ferry with a twenty minute drive.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

• Children are allowed and children under 3 years old stay free. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
