Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. When you arrive, someone will meet you at the property with a key.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 11:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Children Policies

Children of all ages are welcome.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due on arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is due immediately.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Linen

A fee is charged for Linen Fee of 5.00 EUR is charged for each occupant(based on a minimum of 2 occupants). 100% cotton sheets, towels & bedding.

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services A guest must request this optional service.

Property Heat/ Elec/ Energy Fee

A fee is charged for Property Heating A metered fee is collected on departure.
