The cottage is situated in strategic position to get to the medieval villages like Pienza, Cetona, Chianciano, etc.

• the property is very near to the train station; the distance is 1.6 km and this train station is very good because it is on the main italian train route running from Milan to Sicily.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Most guests rent a vehicle so they can access the wide variety of shops and restaurants throughout the area.
The walk to the shops and dining is about 20 minutes.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 5%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
