Beautiful country views of this 26 hectar farm. There are beautiful woodlands, parklands and formal gardens for you to enjoy.
Washing machine. This cottage is furnished to a superior standard. This is the original farmhouse that dates back to 1750 and still retaining its stone bread oven. There is a playroom for the children on the main floor. This cottage has is own private garden with barbeque area. There is access to the heated swimming pool in the formal gardens that is shared by the 4 homes on this estate.
This estate has 3 cottages ( Unit #'s 15314, 15645, 15646 ) and the large Chateau ( Unit #15648 ) This estate is great for weddings or seminars. 26 hectars of beautifully wooded land.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 9 hole course 30 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local village is 2 miles, major county town with everything else is 7 miles.
• About 30 minutes from many major rivers - Ardeche and Drome - great for canoeing etc.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. .
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
