A small cottage providing accommodation for 4 people in a a wonderfully converted barn, which still retains its imposing stone arch and characteristic oval windows. This cottage has is own private garden with barbeque area. There is access to the heated swimming pool in the formal gardens that is shared by the 4 homes on this estate homes.
This estate has 3 cottages ( Unit #'s 15314, 15645, 15646 ) and the large Chateau ( Unit #15648 ) This estate is great for weddings or seminars. 26 hectars of beautifully wooded land.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local village is 2 miles, major county town with everything else is 7 miles.
• About 30 minutes from many major rivers - Ardeche and Drome - great for canoeing etc.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. The comprehensive policy does not fit in this field. Within 24 hr grace period, discuss with Owner.
