Fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is enormous and has all the facilities you could possibly need. To help you really relax, a part time maid is provided and a cook.

Beautiful country views of this 26 hectar farm. There are beautiful woodlands, parklands and formal gardens for you to enjoy.
Washing machine. The ground floor consists of a large salon and dining room with open fireplaces, hall kitchen, and breakfast room. This entire estate is great for weddings and seminars. The entire estate will sleep up to 50 people. There is access to the heated swimming pool in the formal gardens that is shared by the 4 homes on this estate. There are 2 heated pools on the grounds.
This estate has 3 cottages ( Unit #'s 15314, 15645, 15646 ) and the large Chateau ( Unit # 15648 ) This estate is great for weddings or seminars. 26 hectars of beautifully wooded land.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). 9 hole course 30 minutes away.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Local village is 2 miles, major county town with everything else is 7 miles.
• About 30 minutes from many major rivers - Ardeche and Drome - great for canoeing etc.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required. The comprehensive policy does not fit in this field. Within 24 hr grace period, discuss with Owner.
