The deck is oversized, and complete with patio furniture. This home is located on a 1/2 acre property. Avid hiking and mountain bike enthusiasts can spend hours exploring the heritage Dewdney Trail and historical CP Rail line and trestles. This vacation property is the entire main floor of a house.

• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). 1 hour drive to Red Mountain.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Groceries, coffee shop, restaurants, and gas stations are less than a ten minute walk.
• A short walk (10 minutes) to the nearest public beach access. A 5 minute drive to boat launch & other beaches.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
