The property is on the ocean. Decks overhanging the beach with ocean surrounding the property on three sides. It is known as "Pointe Nirvana" as it sits on a land point with water on front (SE), west, and north. The fourth view looks over mangroves and the Grand Bahmas Bank. The property is located on 4 acres view with landscaping in process. The nearest other house is one mile on the west and none on the east (1 mile to end of island).
Chub Cay is one of the "family Islands" in the Bahamas. It is a private island with no Bahamian community. Only property owners (5 private homes ) and a Private Club with members and serves visitors as well. Chub Cay is dedicated to relaxation and water activities.
• Chub Cay Airport is within a 3 minute(s) drive. You must arrive by boat, private plane or charter. This is a private island with 5,000' landing strip, marina and private customs and immigration. Travel commercial air to Nassau and 15 minute arranged flight to Chub Cay. Alternative, arrange seats on flights on private flights from Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We will assist in arranging all flights to Chub from Nassau or Fort Lauderdale.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). This is a secluded island with a large marina, one restaurant and small ship stores at the Chub Cay Club, two miles from the property. No shopping other than "resort" type items. Limited groceries available. Suggested that groceries accompany the tenant.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. The dock is public. There is room for 121 boats. There is a large marina and docks two miles from the property. There is a small private marina with space for 26' boats or less. A 26" boat is available for rent with guide for fishing, shelling, island hopping, etc, for $500 per day. Beach Equipment: Powerboat.
• Nearby Attractions: Outstanding shelling, diving, snorkeling, fishing and island exploring. There are no attractions on the island. Sand, sun, ocean, privacy, walking, swimming, fishing off the island.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 12 years old.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
