Pleasant and cosy one-room apartment (35 m2) on the gr. fl. of an ancient mill that has been restored, where the owner also lives. View of the lawn, the woods and the stream. Peaceful position. In front of the house there is a spacious and equipped lawn as well as another lawn about 80 m away where you will find the swimming pool (14x7), which is shared with the owner and the guests of a cottage situated on the property. A pleasant stream runs next to the mill. Access to the house along 900 m of dirt track road that is in good condition. Parking. DISTANCES: 2 km from Cicogna (grocery shop), which can also be reached on foot by following along a small pathway, 6 km Teranova Bracciolini (all kinds of shops), 8 km railway station (connections for Florence and Arezzo), 30 km Radda in Chianti, 40 km Arezzo, 50 km Florence.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living room (TV) with fireplace, spacious double divan bed, kitchen corner and access to a large equipped lawn and onto a small reserved terrace, 1 large bathroom with shower. It is possible to go for walks and to purchase wine made by the owners. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
