Beautiful villa from the early 17th century situated in the small medieval hamlet of Piantravigne, immersed in splendid landscape amidst the typical cliffs of the Arno Valley, immortalized by Leonardo da Vinci in some of his paintings. The property has been recently renovated with taste and elegance. The position of villa allows you to easily and quickly reach all of the most renowned tourist destinations in the Chianti central Tuscany. A pretty garden with pleasant and well kept green areas and a pretty swimming pool (6x10) (1/6-30/9) (towels for pool supplied) with bathroom and changing room are at the guests' disposal.

ACCOMMODATION: (600 m2) Upper gr. fl.: entrance, living room (satellite TV) with fireplace and access onto the terrace, small kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with direct access onto a large terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, WC. 1st fl. : 1 single bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with fireplace and bathroom with bath and shower, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. 2nd fl. : 1 single bedroom. Basement fl. : large kitchen (oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine) with direct access to the garden equipped with table and chairs, dining room, small lounge. All of the bathrooms have a hairdryer. Baby bed and high chair available. 3 hours of domestic help (Wednesday : 10 :00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.). It is possible to request various services: babysitting (15 Euros/hour), food shopping, organizing dinners with a menu to be established (fixed price per person of 30 Euros), and cooking lessons (local cuisine) (fixed price of 50 Euros per person). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
