Charming water mill (100 m2) renovated and transformed into a holiday home, situated near a lovely stream. Peaceful position. Swimming pool (14x7) shared with the owner and a second apartment. Parking. Access to the house via 900m of dirt track road. Ideal for walks. DISTANCES: 2 km by car from the town of Cicogna (food shops), which can also be reached on foot by a small path, 6 km Terranuova Bracciolini (various shops), 30 km Radda in Chianti (heart of the Chianti classico area), 40 km Arezzo, 50 km Florence (convenient train service 8 km away for Florence and Arezzo).
ACCOMMODATION: The house is on various levels with the main access on the upper floor. Upper fl.: access from a private lawn and equipped terrace (table, loungers, sunshade, swing), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with bath (washing machine). Middle fl.: living room (satellite TV) with single divan bed, kitchen/dining room (oven) with antique fireplace. Lower fl.: living room with fireplace and access to the outside. The owners, a very hospitable couple live in a completely independent house 20 m further up. You can purchase the wine which the owners produce. Comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
