Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 40%) are refunded - full refund if re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 100 will apply. A fee of NON Refundable will apply.
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Optional pool heat is available for 25 per day and/or 175 per week. A minimum of 7 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
