Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash
Damage Deposit returned within 30 days. Credit Card for Damage Deposit will be preauthorized for $500.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 0.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $250 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
