Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 150) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 500.00/pet will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
