• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 10 golf course(s) nearby. Numerous courses within a 15 minute drive.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A short walk from Ozona with its locally caught fish. Many restaurants are just a bike ride away from downtown Old Palm Harbor. You do not need a car here.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The Gulf is about a 15 to 20 minute walk from the unit, the best beaches along this coastline being only a 5 minute drive away. Honeymoon and Caladisi islands are 5 minutes away and are protected nature reserves. Lake Tarpon with its famous fishing, is a 5 minute drive. We are not directly on the beach

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under the age of 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 5:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
