1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). The living room looks over the Clearwater River and is well set up for family living. The entrance door gives onto the covered sun deck with BBQ. Your time on the deck will allow you to be mesmerized by the continual flow of the large wilderness setting of the Clearwater River.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
