Our home benefits from the communal facilities that include a tots lot, tennis and basketball courts as well as a park. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated each with a TV and DVD player. The great room has a giant 46" TV and a home theatre system with surround sound. We have provided a PlayStation 2 for the kids as well as board games! The gourmet kitchen has everything you'll need! The screened pool is 36 ft. and has a spa to relax and unwind in after a long day at the parks.

Payment Details
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Cash
Security Damage Deposit of $250 with a valid credit card and a positive ID required upon check in / arrival. Additional Accidental Damage Waiver available at check in as well.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
