    Our stylish, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is our ultimate rental experience. We are situated within a private, gated community, with full air conditioning or heat for the winter. Our home has it's own private pool. The villa is based in one of Florida's most sought after areas. You can have the pool heated for an extra cost. All rooms throughout our home are furnished to a very high standard, with a choice of comfortable furniture. The villa is fully carpeted throughout. The master bedroom incorporates a massive en-suite bathroom, fitted with double wash basin, fully tiled walk-in shower, oval bath and separate walk-in toilet. Only 10 miles from Disney and close to all amenities, on Hwy 27 and the 192 Wal-Mart , Winn Dixie, and Clermont town just 8 miles down the road. With The famous Legends Golf course just minutes away. Drive another 5 minutes and you'll be on US Highway 192 where there are more shops and restaurants for all budgets.
    • Nearby Attractions: A short 10 minute drive will take you to right to Disney's Main gate and all of the Disney theme parks. Universal Studios in Orlando is about a 30 minute drive and Busch Gardens in Tampa is about an hour away.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Discover Card - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 40 weekly fee unless there is one already there.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $50 a day..
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Optional pool heat is available for $22 - $30 a day per day and/or $150 - $200 per week. A minimum of 5 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
