Our Woodcrest Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with a mixture of private residences and vacation homes. It is just off US 27, one mile north of the US 192. It is a quiet subdivision and has a shopping plaza at the entrance. There is a Winn Dixie supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) dentist and many more stores. These are all within minutes walk from the villa. A 24 hour WalMart Supercenter is less than 2 miles from our front door.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 25) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $20 per day and/or $99 per week. A minimum of 2 days of heat is required. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
