Payments and Policies

Payment Details

200 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
Balance of holiday is due 60 days before arrival Cancellation - 30-60 days before 50% of balance due less than 30days 100% of balance due Non refundable deposit If paying by Visa, please note that a 3% charge will be added and for PayPal a 4% charge - this is an administration charge made by the service provider and not ourselves.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $35 per item/week.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $175 per week per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
