1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa bed. There is a queen sofa bed available in the family room.

Our villa is in a prime location backing onto orange trees not other properties. You can pick your own oranges and squeeze your own juice for breakfast.

More Information

After an exciting day at the parks revitalise yourself in the spa or take a relaxing dip in the fully screened, south west facing, 30ft x 15ft swimming pool which looks out onto orange trees. Alternatively you can relax and watch the sunset over the orange groves. For the children's pleasure we provide inflatable pool toys. For all the outdoor chefs amongst you we supply a BBQ free of charge. The Orange Tree community has tennis courts, basket ball court and childrens play area all located within a couple of minutes walk from the villa.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
