A fully equipped utility room. BBQ available for rent nearby. Swimming pool heating is available at a weekly fee of $140 per week/£75.00 per week Disney world is approx. a 15 minute drive, Sea World is approx. a 25 minute drive, Busch Gardens is a 90 minute drive, Daytona Beach, Space Centre are 75 minutes away and Clearwater is approx. a 2 hours drive. South facing pool area so sun all day overlooking the conservation area.

• From Orlando International it is about 30 minutes drive. From Sanford Airport about 1hr.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are a few excellent golf courses within easy reach by car.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Within approx. 10 minutes walking distance there is a Winn Dixie supermarket, post office, bank, health centre.
• Lake Louisa National park is a 10 minute drive where there are lakes and walks and picnic sites.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for 70 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is prorated using weekly rate.
